The The Addictive Sketchers Movement is my online art school where you can continue getting sketching lessons from me after Sketch Week ends.
Countdown to doors opening to enroll:
Learn how to do this in my community for sketchers.
What if you could sketch confidently and get an accurate likeness of your subject matter?
What if you could confidently draw freehand whilst getting the correct proportions and dimensions?
You do have what it takes to sketch accurately and consistently even if you're in the beginning phase of your journey as an artist.
You just need a little bit of help and I'm here to guide you from my 40+ years as an artist.
Whether you're an oil painter, sculptor, illustrator, plein air painter, graphic designer, water colour painter, whatever medium you use, or even if you're a student or amateur, being able to sketch is the foundation of anything you create in the representational arts.
In The Addictive Sketchers Movement, you'll go from feeling unsure and lacking confidence about your sketches to capturing an accurate likeness of anything you sketch.
Do you ever find yourself staring longingly at the work of other artists, wishing that your sketches could evoke the same sense of life and energy?
That longing to be able to do the same, to pull out your sketchbook at a moments notice and sketch what you see in the right proportions.
I understand that feeling all too well.
It's that desire to express yourself, to document the beauty you see, but when you finally pick up your pencil, fear and doubt creep in, paralyzing you and keeping your sketchbook closed. So, the sketchbook goes back on the shelf, collecting dust.
Sketching doesn't have to be this scary, impossible task. And I'm here to show you techniques to make it easier, more fun, and way more realistic.
Imagine being able to sketch anything you see, with confidence and accuracy?
No more second-guessing every line. Just pure, unadulterated creativity flowing from your pencil.
So, if you've ever felt that deep yearning to sketch with confidence and accuracy, know that you're not alone.
With the right guidance, techniques and a willingness to try, you too can create sketches that you will be proud of even if you're a beginner.
There are techniques that work.
And when you learn them, you will go from avoiding your sketchbook to wanting to sketch and being proud of your results.
You will:
It does not take talent!
It takes dedication and support!
Whether you're a beginner or accomplished artist, there's room for you here.
That's why I'm giving you the opportunity to join me in The Addictive Sketchers Movement.

It's not about being perfect. It's about embracing the imperfections, the quirks, the nuances that make your sketches uniquely yours.
Are you having any of these thoughts?
It's not about not having the time, it's about making time for the things you love to do.
If sketching is important to you and it's something you really want to do, you will create the time for it.
If you don't try, you'll never know. If you're sitting on the fence, you'll definitely not get better. You've got to trust yourself that you'll improve and with my support, I'm very confident you will.
The best case scenario is that you improve your sketching and take your drawings to the next level. The worst case scenario is that you don't like it and you can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund.
What's required to improve your sketching isn't talent, it's effort. As long as you're willing to learn and put in the work, you can do this!
Don't worry, all our lessons are done on zoom and the replays are shared on our website which is very easy to navigate. If you want to interact with other students and get feedback and encouragement, we have a community on Facebook you can join. This is optional.
We got you. Myself and the other addictive sketchers in the community all want you to succeed. We support each other with lots of encouragement. As long as you're willing to practice and receive feedback, I'm very sure you will surprise yourself with the quality of work you're capable of.
"Adebanji breaks the drawing process down so that it’s easier to understand and does many demos so that we fully grasp how to achieve our goals/sketch. Aside from that his enthusiasm is very infectious which makes it joyful to watch him at work. I definitely think my sketching has improved."
- Vivien Rosenblatt
"Adebanji is such a great teacher with clear explanations of his thoughts and sketching techniques. His live demos are especially enriching to your learning. Being part of a group is also great for sharing tips on materials and cheering each other on."
- Sorrel Wills
"I love the friendly and encouraging atmosphere created by Adebanji and hence all the participants within the group."
- Dawn Jordan
